Job description

Diamed Hellas SA is looking for a Customer Care and Invoicing Coordinator who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional support to our clients while ensuring the smooth management of billing processes.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, managing order processing, and handling invoicing efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in our invoicing system.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders and billing.
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback to improve services and processes.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation of customer interactions and billing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care, invoicing, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with invoicing through ERP systems; knowledge of Entersoft ERP is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer service.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
