PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is currently seeking to hire a System Engineer on behalf of our client in the industrial sector.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Plan, design, and implement IT solutions for the organization and end users in alignment with the organization's IT strategy, standards, and objectives
- Deliver precise technical troubleshooting and effective resolutions for complex IT issues
- Contribute to the research and evaluation of new technologies and tools to enhance IT efficiency and optimize the end-user experience
- Provide technical support and training to end users and IT support staff on IT systems and applications
- Document and update IT processes, configuration and inventories
- Collaborate and contact with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 3 years of experience on IT operations and workplace engineering
- Good understanding of the IT service operation and delivery framework
- Proficient knowledge in Group Policies, Change Management, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Exchange and other IT technologies
- Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including antivirus, encryption, VPN, and identity management
