Qualifications:
Has the ability to use Computers Navigation in desktops
Has the ability to use Internet applications Knowledge of browsers, clear cookies, settings, Usage of MS Office
Typing skills: Speed: 25 wpm & Accuracy
Multitasking, being able to handle calls while navigating on tools
Has good soft skills
Has Commitment to Quality

Maintenance of good relations between the associates
Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing transactions (call, email) according to the current clients procedures and processes, which includes but is not limited to:

Customer Service

Back-office
