Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will handle all day-to-day marketing activities of the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, which include but are not limited to: Blog posts, social media posts, white papers, e-newsletters, videos, and podcasts.
- Develop and maintain key presentations.
- Align with sales team for generating lead opportunities
- Write and proofread as a copy editor.
- Liaise with graphic and web designers for marketing needs.
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Organize, support, and attend events such as workshops, seminars or webinars, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups, to analyze trends.
- Design, execute and evaluate company’s marketing campaigns.
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in various channels
- Organize the Marketing Content in the digital library
Reporting
Working in the Marketing department and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Requirements
We would like you to have:
- BA/MA in Marketing or in a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, anticipating needs and over-delivering wherever possible.
- Creativity and innovation with the ability to think outside the norm and approach all issues with a completely fresh approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to advocate the brand at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
